"Well packed, with one small box dent"
My order from nailcompany.com showed up packaged nicely. The bottles were wrapped well, and nothing leaked, so I got the impression they do take some care with shipping.
The only thing I noticed was a small dent on one corner of the outside box. I’m assuming that probably happened during delivery, because everything inside was totally fine.
Overall, I’m happy with the packaging and would order again. I’m giving 4 stars just because the box itself could’ve been a little sturdier.

"Was annoyed at first, but they handled it fast"
I had a question about my order and was expecting it to be a whole hassle. I was already a little irritated, then they got back to me super quickly and fixed everything without making it complicated. So yeah, my mood changed fast. Really easy to deal with and I’m happy with how they handled it.

I was actually impressed with these nails, they look really nice and lasted longer than I thought they would. One of the packs did have a few tips that were a little uneven, so I’m guessing someone may have rushed through checking that batch. It wasn’t a huge deal though, and overall I’m still happy with my order

"Pretty much everything showed up fine"
My orders came mostly fine overall. Like, the box wasn’t perfect, a couple things were shifted around a bit, and one item looked like it had been tossed in there last minute, but nothing was seriously damaged. For example, the snacks were still sealed, the bottle didn’t leak, the small items were all there, and the main thing I needed arrived in usable shape. It’s kind of like when you get groceries delivered and the bread is slightly squished but the eggs are somehow totally okay. Not amazing, not terrible, just mostly fine

"Pretty easy return"
I accidentally ordered the wrong gel color, so I reached out to see about returning it. Support got back to me maybe the next day and explained what I needed to do clearly. After they received it, the refund showed up on my card a few days later or so. Overall, no big hassle or anything. I’d probably shop here again

and overall, I felt good using these. The bottles came sealed, the ingredient info was easy to find, and my nails didn’t have any bad reaction. I’m just taking off one star because the smell was stronger than I expected.

I could see where my parcel was the whole time and got updates, which was nice because I wasn’t sitting there wondering if it had vanished or, anyway, it arrived on the day it said it would. Everything was packed properly, no damage or anything weird. Just a simple, smooth order really, and I’m happy with it. I’d order again.

"Pretty smooth checkout overall"
Checkout was totally fine for me, nothing really confusing or anything. I liked how the cart updated right away, and paying was simple. The shipping cost showed up before I actually paid, which I always appreciate. The only thing is I wish the page loaded a little faster, because that part felt a bit slow for whatever it was doing. "Good prices, no nonsense checkout"
I ordered from nailcompany after spotting a discount code, i half expected it to be some useless little scammy nonsense, but nope, it actually worked at checkout. Prices were better than a few other places I checked, which was nice because some sites are charging like absolute clowns. Shipping was okay, nothing crazy fast, but everything showed up packed nicely. I also like that they run promos often, so it makes stocking up way less painful on the wallet.
